I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with all my pets at I-20. Dr. Covington, Dr. Noland, Dr. Thornton, Dr. Gregg, Dr. Langerhans, Dr. Putnam and Dr. Pauels have all treated my pets from wellness exams to surgeries and extensive dental work. The receptionists and technicians take time to answer my questions and explain things to me without making me feel rushed. I am...

Dr. Covington and the staff (Ella) of I-20 were professional and kind-hearted in our time of need. Dr. Covington provided outstanding healthcare service and gave us multiple options regarding a way forward with our loved one's issue. Like human healthcare nothing is cheap but I never felt pressured or guilted to put myself in a financial burden. Thanks!

I loved this place as soon as I walked in. Everyone was super friendly even in the midst of being extremely busy. I was even more impressed with their rainbow light and the notice that there was someone helping their family pet cross the rainbow bridge and they asked for respect. They truly care and the vet Dr. Gregg was not rushed to look at my dog and move on to the n...

Brought my cat in a few days ago, my poor little Grim Grim was puking blood suddenly, so I rushed him to the I20 vet in Hudson Oaks. Waited about 15 minutes for a room, despite only 2 girls at the front, and one vet on duty. Ms Holly was the absolute sweetest and most patient person I've met, she offered water as I waited, she helped assist me to bring my cat through the d...

My diabetic bichon had a hypoglycemic seizure first thing in the morning and I was told by my standard vet to bring him to a pet ER. We were taken care of immediately and the cost wasn’t that exorbitant IMO. I feel my dog got great care.

My dog had a bad reaction to something and had a very swollen face. Called these folks freaking out and they told me to come on down. I got there and was registering in a minute or two and in a room shortly after. They saw my dog, shared he was going to be ok and gave me the meds I needed to help him get better. It’s only been a couple days and he already looks so much bet...
